Hi, I'm Laura
I know what it feels like to feel uncomfortable in your own body, intimidated walking into the gym, and completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice online.
For years, I thought being healthy meant eating less, doing more cardio, and trying to make myself smaller… but it only left me exhausted, inconsistent, and disconnected from my body.
Through strength training, learning how to properly fuel myself, and letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset, everything changed not just physically, but mentally too.
Now, as a mum and women’s health coach, I’m passionate about helping women build strong, confident bodies through balanced training, realistic nutrition, and sustainable habits that actually fit real life.
At Balanced Bod Coaching we focus on education, confidence and long-term results so you can feel comfortable in the gym, understand how to fuel your body, and create a lifestyle that feels empowering instead of restrictive.
