I am Laura Hunt, personal trainer & sports
nutritionist at Balanced Bod.
I have been in and around the fitness industry since
2018, which is where my passion for growth,
development and movement sparked. While my
dedication and routine in the gym developed so did
my lifestyle outside of the gym growing a passion
for all things nutrition, sleep, wellness and more.
Having been faced with my own challenges including hormonal regulation, skin issues, weight loss, muscle gain and everything in-between I understand firsthand many starting points.

As I saw changes in my own body, strength, capabilities, and confidence I dove into a network of learning in wellness, health, nutrition, and training which has now become my world.

I strive to enable everyone to reach this same feeling. To gain the confidence they deserve, to be proud and trusting in your body to know that you are capable of what you desire, and this is how Balanced Bod was born.

I have challenged myself in many different training styles including Pilates, running, strength training and boxing! I love to incorporate all of these into functional workouts that suit YOU.

My passion in training and nutrition is to grow strong bodies and minds which YOU LOVE. Creating a mindset shift which enables you to see yourself in a different light, being proud, healthy, determined, capable, confident, As I saw changes in my own body, strength, capabilities, and confidence I dove into a network of learning in wellness, health, nutrition and training which has now become my world.
